When will the LEGO® MARVEL Logo (76313) retire?

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes MARVEL Logo

The LEGO® Marvel MARVEL Logo & Minifigures (76313) is a display model of the red and white logo with five Avengers hidden inside. It is expected to retire at the end of 2026, and it has already sold out at LEGO.com.

The short answer

  • Expected to retire on 31 December 2026, according to Brickset and Brick Fanatics.
  • LEGO.com marks it “Retiring soon” and “Sold out”. It showed both on 13 October and again on 23 October 2026.
  • Sold out is not the same as retired, but with ten weeks to go, LEGO.com may not restock it.
  • 931 pieces and five minifigures: Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Black Widow and Hulk.

Brickset lists the MARVEL Logo with a launch date of 1 January 2025 and an exit date of 31 December 2026. Brick Fanatics’ October 2026 update of sets retiring in 2026 lists it among the Marvel sets leaving at the end of the year. LEGO.com US agrees in its own way: on 23 October 2026 the product page carried the “Retiring soon” label, which LEGO uses for sets that “will be officially retired very soon”.

Note: LEGO does not publish exact retirement dates. Brickset’s 31 December date is an expectation, but here all three signals point the same way, which is as close to certain as retirement dates get.

Sold out at LEGO.com: what it means

LEGO.com US showed the MARVEL Logo as “Sold out” at $99.99 on 13 October 2026 and again on 23 October 2026. A set can sell out and come back before its exit date, so sold out does not mean retired. But a set that is both “Retiring soon” and sold out this close to the end of the year may not be restocked, and once it retires LEGO stops selling it altogether. After that, it is available only from shops and collectors.

What you get in the LEGO MARVEL Logo (76313)

  • 931 pieces, for ages 12 and up.
  • Five minifigures: Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Black Widow and Hulk, with accessories. Brickset lists three of them as unique to this set.
  • The surprise: three buttons on top make the five minifigures burst out of the logo, and they can be pushed back into hiding afterwards.
  • Over 4 in. (11 cm) high, 11 in. (28 cm) wide and 2.5 in. (7 cm) deep when closed, by LEGO’s measurements. It fits on a normal shelf or desk.

Should you buy it before it retires?

If you or someone you are buying for wants it, the timing argues for not waiting: LEGO.com has no stock, and the set is expected to retire at the end of the year. Treat retirement as a reason to buy a set you want, not as an investment: retired sets do not reliably go up in value.
