About this set

The LEGO Technic Volvo EC500 Hybrid Excavator set, 42215, depicts a motorized construction excavator designed for adult builders, with 2,359 pieces and dimensions of over 29 cm high, 54 cm long and 24 cm wide. A battery powered motor and gearbox control four functions, moving the boom and arm while operating interchangeable hammer and shovel attachments. The set also includes manually operated cabin doors, moving tracks and a rotating excavator body, giving the licensed Volvo subject plenty of mechanical detail within the Technic range. Released in 2025, it contains no minifigures.
